1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, which includes order verification, packaging, and quality inspection.
During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend to up to 6 business days.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order applies to all shipments within supported delivery regions, regardless of destination.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
• United States: 8–14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carriers, customs processing, or local postal services.
3. Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details.
Please keep in mind:
• Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment
• Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate that the package has been lost
4. International Shipping & Customs
For international deliveries:
• Shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms
• Customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country
• Xevqaro™ cannot control delays that occur due to customs inspections or clearance procedures
Customs charges for furniture products may vary depending on the destination country.
5. Order Modifications or Cancellations
To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed promptly.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at:

Once an order has entered the processing stage, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of:
• The damaged product
• The outer packaging
• The shipping label
After reviewing the information, we will arrange a replacement if necessary.
Lost Shipments
If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment after verification.
